Great news for John Murray, anyone have any ideas who he could be up against? Mitchell looks in-line for a world title fight, so does that leave Andrei Kudriavstev?
Looks like Mezaache will now fight for the WBC, as Valero is champion 'in recess.' If you want a source search it. Last edited by servo; 02-22-2010 at 12:40 PM. |

I had Murray to beat Mezaache anyways...his career is so stop start...hope this matters dealt with by the end of the week. Murray needs to get a move on....Kevin's bypassed him in 3 & 1/2 months.

I agree with you mate. Mezaache doesn't need to fight Murray, given that there was a potential world title opening available for him. But Hennessy ought to have been lobbying the EBU to mandate a Murray vs Mezaache showdown immediately after Murray beat Thaxton..... as it is the title is now vacant and we've heard nothing. |
