Negative side affects of trainning...!

I have just told some bird, i'm not going to some gig.....just because i'm training tommorow..!

But the thing is, nobody is making you train. You have to chose what's most important in your life.

Yes sure. A few weeks ago I missed a big party at my friends house because I had a fight the next day.

I have done that a few times, and also left early. They all think im nuts but also all my mates really want to be as fit as i am and do the stuff i do but like i said you cant have it both ways. Must admit this year i am trying to find more of a balance to have some social life too lol
