This would be a great for me to develop my uppercut, and should be very cost effective. Any ideas what's in it? Has anyone used this before? There must be some type of benefit to working on this seeing that boxers are using it in a real boxing gym (Kenny Weldon's I believe).

I love how that bag moves though. It forces you to move around; that'd be awesome for working on your footwork.
You might need to lower it a bit to around chest level. It looks a little too high in the video. |

It could bounce around if its hung by a bungee cord or something. I don't like it...
Or a chain and a bungee cord. I feel it forces you out of position and could promote bad technique a lot more than a regular bag would. check out the second guy coming in with his chin high |
