what does you job consist of balmain?

My job consists of different things. Mainly I overseer what he does in his daily workouts. I have brought a lot of new things to his training. Everything I do I run past his father first. Tony gives me a free reign to introduce things that I think will help him. Choc has been happy with different ideas I have had so hopefully his next few fights will show a better and fitter Choc.
