i see Mitchell as being massively overrated, he was given a hard time by that Welsh nobody who tried to headbutt him.
I think he will lose as domestic level, Johanssen beats him by KO.

i agree he looked average in that fight.

but it was 3 yrs ago now.

he's looked good in recent fights i think.

shown good stamina and a decent left hook.

some good skills.

carl gets it i think.

mitchell may win this by a KO, we'll see how hard he punches, carl took all those upper cuts by gomez pritty well, so who knows .if he looses then ****** will feed him to khan

Thats unbeaten arrogance for you. The fact of the matter is hes not been in with anything that can prepare him for the hell Carl will inflict upon his inexperienced frame.

Johanneson holds all the aces going into this fight. He has world class power, bags of experience & a big heart. Look at his last fight against Gomez for instance. Gomez turned back the clock(dont ask me how!) & for three rounds gave Carl hell. Carl had to eat uppercut after uppercut, but he took Gomez best shots, & kept firing back with his own powershots & put Gomez away. The golden rule is, you trade with Carl Johanneson & you will lose.

Kevin Mitchell hasnt been in with anyone NEAR the class of his next opponent, & like Ricky Burns & Michael Gomez, he doesnt know what hes letting himself in for. Yes a left hook will win the fight, but its not going to be Mitchell landing it!

Nah, I started off wanting Lacy to win, just....the weeks of US fans saying another Euro bum was going to get done had taken its toll and I was almost neutral at the start but just leaning towards Lacy because I liked him.

But by the 4th round I was just cheering about a stunning display and had to admire it for what it was.
