I agree Chagaev should lose about 10 pounds. I do think body type has soemthing to do with it. Chagaev he is compactly built. He does not have long arms or legs. In fact they are both short. When you built like he is, if you add weight in the form of fat or muscle, you aren't going to look like Klitschko.

He didn't used to be the shape that he is now. The only reason he is 'compact' now is because of the pies. He was fighting at 200lbs in his early twenties, and in the space of a year he put on 30lbs. That's not body shape, that's shit diet and/or poor training regime.

Ruslan was pretty chiseled back then. I think if he got down to 220 he'd be pretty solid.

Here is a good opponent for Huck, if he wants to become HW. Chagaev is searching for an opponent for January.

He was 19 yrs old there, maybe still only 18. At 22 he was at SHW and at 24 was a 230lb pro. He can be a in shape 230lbs trying to act like he's a blown up CW is ridiculous. He's more solid and legit at 230lbs than the 6'4 Arreola is.

God i would love to see that although i can't see Sauerland putting Huck in there with Ruslan. They're both 6'1, think about that for a sec. Huck is going to get murdered at HW

Always liked Chag but he should hang them up. Besides the Hep, there have been rumors of blindness in one eye, numbness in the exremeties, and more.

Don't know know if they are all true, if any of them, but he sure seems like he is not a healthy man.

Maybe one last run and then hang em up.

I take it you have never seen Goyo Vargas, Roberto Duran and Tony Ayala Jr.
