Neh worries pal
do you think
he needs to step
up soon
no point defending that
euro belt anymore
if he gets stripped
he can always sign
with the hattons and
fight for the vacant belt

Hope he does himself justice when he does step up....He really does deserve success. Hatton is already his promoter btw

I hope Rhodes gets a shot at an ABC title soon. I don't invest much meaning into titles, but Rhodes deserves the gratification of picking one up.

Make no mistake, I stil don't believe Miguelito has a huge amount left, but he looked good from what I've seen thus far. Hard to believe he scored the stoppage mind, he's looked an increasingly lesser puncher as he's moved through his career. Wearing my ECKO Cotto
t-shirt
with pride today
Thanks for the thread Phill

He's definitely near the end of his career, but his timing, reactions and skills are still there.

I also think he could have stopped Clottey except that he had no gameplan and, with the cut, it became more about survival. His punching is still very hard but his form and composure have been appalling. Manny seems to have him punching in combination properly. And the footwork is so much better that, even as he moves, he's getting better leverage on his shots. That jab was a ramrod last night.
