It depends on how hard he has trained, maybe he will be 19 stone, but maybe like mcdermott he has turned fat into a bit of muscle. We will know when we see them at the weighin this week. I cant imagine him not being in some sort of shape, I dont think his dad would just let him sit there and eat chocolate cakes all day!!

You can't turn fat into muscle you can only turn protein to muscle!

Would you consider training him?

Also.... how fit will running four miles a day get you?

Nice one. Have lost a grand total of 5 ****ing pounds in 2 months. I'm just above middleweight and aiming for light middle.

Mine was all blubber that I'd put on in the previous few months.... it was always going to roll off

I'm aiming for the same thing.... any lower and I wouldn't look right.

Off topic.... this referee is ****ing bonkers!

Every tackle = yellow card. Players touch each other on the chest = yellow card.

Not a single bad tackle and there has been 8 yellows and a red!

Only 5 pounds, running 4 miles per day over two months...you do know that running is moving along with one foot off of the ground at all times, right?? .

I lost 42lbs in 4 months but its took me 2 months to lose 5lbs, its hard work
I walk over 10 miles a day and eat around 1500 calories a day (when I behave myself)
