I would tend to say Schmeling by decision due to the fact that he was efectice at outboxing and breaking down come forward fighters.
McVeas power could bail him out late though. |

I pick Sam. Peak for peak and under perfect conditions, I think that McVea would get him. Why not? 15 rounds with a super-powered HW who is almost impossible to discourage.
I have an impression of Sam as a decent finisher. Am I wrong? I may be - if I am I might think again, but I don't see Max managing 15 rounds without finding himself in serous trouble. I think that Schmeling was very smart but a bit too static to beat McVea. |
