Just the natural progression of becoming a man. Bigger, stronger, more powerful guys who despite the gloves and headgear it won't be fun.

I went to the Earlsfield ABC show last Saturday. They started with the kids who were popping the jab and for all their might couldn't keep each other honest. The work was a bit simple too. Then the seniors came on and these were big strong guys who let you know you were in a fight from the off. They hit and it hurt, they went to the body and it was a much more physical fight where guys come to fight rather than box. I saw one of the guys stop someone with VICIOUS body shots.

Obviously this is just a general statement for the lower level guys. Anyone will decent experience will think nothing of stamina, strength etc They will get down to work in a technical way using their feet, establishing the jab, scoring points, defusing their opponent etc

I never really noticed a big change when going from Junior to Senior...although I was at a very low weight. Apart from the rounds and minutes going up, and as someone has already mentioned...the fact that your opponent came prepared, in great shape, etc...and didn't just go out there swinging hoping to connect.

I think the difference is most noticeable at the heavier weights. I was a 91kg Junior. 91kg senior was a whole different story cause I was up against very strong grown men, frequently in late 20s. I really felt it

A part from that - I think more skill is involved and fighters start to think a lot more where as at schoolboy/level alot of fights are won purely on talent.
Putting my mind to rest there.

Good observations though, generally what I am thinking but I'll find out on Saturday.

It was in the beginning. but then i built up my power, and that explains why many men walk with their legs so far appart.
