Default Floor-to-ceiling bag

How long did it take you guys to get to grips with this bit of equipment? There are people at my gym who regularly land four hit combos. Personally I consider it a good day if I land two successive jabs.

Also, does anyone else find that their hit rate is better with their right (or left if you're a lefty)? I'm assuming that it's because my hand-eye co-ordination is better with my preferred hand but I'd be interested to here other reports.

Cheers

Just keep practicing. It will come with time.

That is my favourite bag but yesterday my gym replaced it with a regular floor to ceiling bag

I've seen those bags before, but not connected to the floor. Do they actually move around much?

They move a little but because of the top to bottom weight difference the way it moves can be quite unpredictable and I find it more like the motion of an actual person
