Indeed I just posted about this on a thread where Funeka and Guzman are fighting for the IBF belt Romanov was meant to be fighting for.

Romanov is too talented to be going to waste like this.

He didnt get a visa for the us.

He is now out there in the cold waiting for another oppurtunity. What a disgrace! A fighter who deserved a shot at a world title was denied his long awaited chance to shine due to the denial of an American visa!

I know that the USA considers Belarus to be one of the rogue states and heavy sanctions have been inflicted on Russia's tiny neighbour,but why the hell didnt Romanov a visa??? **** the American government and its bureaucratical minions!

Yuri is scheduled to fight in an eight rounder on January 4.
