Constant head movement??

Ok, i'm the kind of fighter who parry's and moves around after a few good shots. As im moving do i keep my head moving. Whats the best thing to do while moving around?

always keep your head moving. atleast as a begginer.

Constant head movement never hurt nobody... it's a good habit to have.
