I do this for six rounds with a 30 second break in between- the workout could be made harder by making the exercise duration longer, doing more rounds, adding weights or hitting a punch bag or sparring in the punching intervals.

Hi, y'all!
Could someone pleas describe what happends in the burpees?
I'm new here, so maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I just can't see the video?

[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RROEM3Ka8Lo[/ame] . Good for Head movement and lateral shift. The woodyband thing can be used with an anchor or just over the shoulder which i prefer for balance. What he has over his shoulders is about a 100lbs of ressitance. if wrong you feel you are wrong.

The video in the first post is 'private' and I can't watch. Is it just 30 seconds of burpees and then 30 seconds of shadow boxing repeated for 3 min rounds?

Relentless. He is using Green, but He is a strong Middle 5ft 9ins. It depends on your hight and fitness, you can try them but i would start out with Blue, the longer the stretch the more the ressistance.

They are 41" woody Bands loops. put them over the shoulders then lift the feet and place them in the loop, then push down with the leg.
