Hatton doesn't make us look great either but unlike Rooney, he has an excuse because the boxing has made his face flat looking.

Do you Brits eat peas as in the vegetable with beer? how are they cooked or do you eat them raw. Doesnt sound to tasty to me.
Mushy peas are a nothern tradition with fish/pie and chips. When Hatton talks about them, it's part of the "boy nwext door true to his roots" routine (that's "keepin' it real" in American).
