This might be the end Of Helenius right here... If Peter has something left from that beat down he got from Wlad he will bring it and Helenius is not that good yet if ever was.

![]() I dont think that much of Helenius he is big guy and can Fight but he is not that big puncher, not fast, horrible footwork, ploddering, he just is not athletic.. Helenius REALLY has not beaten anyone of a note so far.. dont give me that shit beating Shot to shit Brewster etc... Like I said IF peter Has anything left he is giving absolute hell to my fellow Finnish. |

Stylistically this is a terrible matchup for Peter. He always struggles against taller opponents: Mccline, W Klit (twice), V Klit. Whenever he boxes someone near his height he seems able to impose himself and give himself a great chance of winning. Peter could still have a good career, but I feel his promoters are all about the best paydays now. According to my sources, a very despondent Peter went into a sort of depression after the Klitschko loss and put on alot of weight again. He's being trained by Jeff Mayweather now. In his prime he knocks out Helenius.

And he is not the fastest in world but his timing with his punches is amazing. Robert Helenius is a champ in making. That's for sure. |

That was my first thought as well, although Peter is currently a lot better than Brewster is. Problem being that the second Wlad beating may well have ruined him (even more), not to mention his confidence, and his weight will always be a question mark..

i only seen Helenius once(vs Brewster)
He didn't impress me. If Sam has anything left, he should win this by late TKO or points win. But with the Germans....you never know... Helenius might be on the end of a gift win. 50/50 fight when you include the Polistics involved. Without the politics, I give Sam a 65/35 margin. |

Peter is certainly down to gatekeeper level now there's no doubt about that. But his only favourable trait, his power, is surely still there, so even if he isn't (and never was) a good boxer in any sense, there is still a risk fighting him and he is probably not as much past it as Brewster. But Helenius has done a lot better so far that I thought he would. There is nothing to be impressed about watching him fight but he always got the job done so far so given the circumstances, Peter declining and Helenius the prospect fighting on home turf, Helenius should probably be favoured.
