Hey, guys quite new, to this forum, so I'll just say it!
Which boxers had the best trilogy fights and why? sorry if i miss any on the poll. Thanks. PS my Favorite is the Gatti\Ward Trilogy the first fight and the rubber match were superb! |

I'm not sure if Rafa and Izzy would be disqualified because they had a fourth fight. If so, then I'd go with Morales-Barrera.

Vasquez/Marquez was the best trilogy to me.. Vasquez wasn't him in the fourth fight.. Pac/Marquez could've been a great trilogy if it happened sooner, but I think Pac wouldn't have that much of a hard time with him now..

Without a doubt - Ali/Frazier. Combined social significance with sheer brutality in the ring. Resulted in the greatest fight of all time - the Thrilla In Manilla.
It is unfair to include Robinson/Lamotta because unless you were ringside to watch those fights - you haven't seen them. |
