Default Urijah Faber cites Roy Jones as Influence

[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DF6yRuYU1f4[/ame]

Pretty cool knowing that, and I did notice the Faber had his hands very low in that fight. I don't think it suits him though, i dont even think that style suits martinez. martinez gets tagged like crazy. they dont have the speed and reflexes of a roy jones. someone is going to pop them sooner or later.

Nobody has the speed and reflexes of RJJ but Faber and Martinez do have great speed and the ability to get away with that style of boxing. Obviously its working for Martinez and its never really hurt Faber in his losses recently he lost do to legkicks, getting punched by Brown when Faber pretty much had his head turned around, then breaking his hands in the rematch.

I don't think he or Martinez can fully pull off that style but they can pull it off better than 99.9% with the 0.1% being Jones etc
