if it was the result of rubbery legs, then that means its a knockdown

I just rewatched the knockdown about 20 times--Sanders glove is on his shoulder and he is throwing a left uppercut. I don't see how Sanders could be pulling with any force at all with his right hand. Klitschko simply falls because he is rubber-legged. I think that makes it a knockdown although this is not one of the big issues in boxing history.
Klitschko was hit and he fell.

Klitschko was hit and he fell.
I watched it only 4 times, but i did notice three things:

a) Sanders does not land a punch
b) Sanders' right hand follows Klitschko's shoulder exactly, indicating a push
c) Sander's right foot is right against Klitschko's foot and where he would have to move to.

In addition to the other points made (i've never seen a flash knockdown occur in delay, the first punch that landed was hard, fast and unseen, why didn't he go down right there and then?) convinces me that it was not a knockdown.

But if you disagree, fair enough.
If you don't mind me asking, what did you think of the fight?

Vitali klitschko was not knocked down by Sanders. I saw absolutely no punch landing on Klitschko, as he lost his balance. The referee even ruled it as no knock down.

I was not that impressed with either of them. Vitali moved around awkwardly, but pretty well, and showed a good chin, but he pawed with his left and generally carried it at his thigh. He looked a hard puncher but not a top level one regardless of his gaudy ko record. Sanders put out only a couple of hard spurts. He seemed gassed in the second round.
