Yes Ced your correct, i own the camera however someone else has taken the photo for me, in any event its all been sorted, i have no problem with people viewing photos, the problem arrises when said photos are used in an inappropriate manner. With ref to the weading photographer, when you pay a fee your also paying for licencee rights to the photos, its similar to when you pay someone for a graphical design, you didnt create the design but your paying for the rights to use said design, if any problem arrises you go to the person/company that designed it because they have the Intellectual property rights. Its a very similar situation with photos.

Professional photographers usually charge a fee for their work, to cover the time they put into set up, camera, and the actual taking of the photos, they usually retain the rights for the pictures they have taken, that is how they make their profit, by selling you images from their stock.
