But ill point out one thing to your thick head, the so called Top TRAINER wasnt even able to train Kariz to defeat Garth Woods hahahaha and if you respect people who have ruined countless lives by manafacturing and putting drugs on the streets then good for you, i hope someone close to you turns to drugs some day and O.D's

If you need to punch on and release the tension....and if you have been training hard like you say I have a few guys round your weight you can smack round in sparring conditions....where do you train....maybe I can arrange you some sparring if you live between Perth and Queensland?

Ash, you seem like a good natured, well meaning kind of bloke and wouldn't understand the level of low life we are dealing with here. Weight has nothing to do with it, we are a boxing forum and not a wrestling/mma forum.
