Not really sure where to turn with this issue -
Two weeks ago I ordered a Winning FG-2900 headgear. As it stands I haven't received it, nor any email correspondence, tracking number or anything, but they have processed the payment and have my money ($250). I know the company have a good name, and are supposed to have good customer service. I live in the UK and I think their international orders get shipped from Japan. Obviously they've got enough to deal with what with the tsunami and earthquake, but still somebody is around somewhere as they have taken my money. On their site it says the factory is temporarily closed, but that the Tokyo office will deal with orders. Has anybody else ordered from them recently? Or does anybody have a method of contact for Winning other than that on their site? I would not recommend ordering off them at the moment! |

Not to tell you to not be concerned, but it is a VERY small operation. Seriously like one guy. With all the drama going on in Japan and the possibility of the payment service being "automatic" I would say try not to worry. The dude's extended Japanese family may have had to move or worse...
I have never heard of a bad customer service experience with them and with the Japanese reputation of a brand hinging on one guy's shoulders? I highly doubt he would poo on you. Good luck man. |

Probably not a good idea to post publicly since it might be a personal e-mail, but I've sent you a private message with Kasumichi's info. He's an awesome dude and I'm sure he'll be able to at least reach the Japan office.

jk Winning wouldn't **** you over. Try to contact them, maybe they have it on back order or something. They don't send tracking numbers or anything. It might just take a while to get to the UK. |

My brother gave me some winning gloves for my birthday. He told me nothing went wrong and he was emailed immediately by a man named Kazumichi and everything was smooth sailing.
Dont know why your having problems. Could be cause of the its shipping to the UK. |

I'm interested in buying the FG5000, however I'm worried about having to pay extra taxes when it passes through customs, which could add up to 40% of the price.
I'm in the UK, has anyone had to pay any further taxes when ordering from the UK? |

Was looking at getting the FG-2900. Was the $250 a total of the headgear and the P&P? What does that work out as in GBP these days?
If it's going to be too expensive I think I'll just buy a Reyes headguard from the gym. |
