not sure on this one but am sure that it would be very close and a rematch would of been made .

lets say locche had won a split decison verdict , how would or could arguello win a rematch

This style is so wrong for Arguello. Can't see any way Loche is not going to cop a 15 round decision.

Also had Peppermint to forsake the head and only flurry to the body...and to then to move away..just points scoring body shots...never going to the head..it seemed to work on that night.

yeah i was just thinking that arguello was quite intellgent and MAY be able to change his approach in a rematch .

Who knows, he may have, but Locche at his best was a genius..and I think he may have been a little too crafty for AA...and maybe it would have been time for Alexis to move on and fight someone without that style Locche had.

Loche points. Close fight, Arguello's a bit to straight up. When he catches Loche he hurts him but this is rare.
