What on earth are you blabbering on about? MMA is as close to REAL fighting as it gets. It was merely a comparison as MMA had no unified rule set to begin with. You don't even have a point. You're just being argumentative for the sake of it. If you don't like soccer kicks et al just say so. But then don't try insinuate childish comparisons of no relevance.

It was no holds barred. Those fouls were subsequently removed in later fights for obvious reasons. Either way the comparison was juvenile. Up until PRIDE's demise in 2007 soccer kicks foot stomps and knee's to a downed opponent were absolutely part of modern MMA.
