You are basically agreeing then that ken would beat up Frank like you would beat up a 5'2" girl? I dont think the question here is P4P, but rather H2H, like the REAL days of UFC, before rounds, rules, and weight classes.

That version of Frank was only half the fighter that fought in the UFC tho... by the time Frank peaked during his 5-0 UFC career he was far better than Ken had ever been... actually IMO one of the best MMA fighters of all time, amazing fighter.
