Push-ups w/ hands as far apart as poss
One-handed/one-legged push-ups
Neck harness w/ weight

Roadwork (either 10pm or 10am)- starting at 5 miles and peaking at 15 miles later in camp before tapering off in last couple of weeks

I think he peaked with that regime against Gerald McClellan

Interesting fact: Al Hayman passed on Benn's calisthenics routine to the Mayweather's when Benn was helping to train Frank Bruno for the Tyson fight in '96 and Hayman was in the camp

Why does he do pushups with his hands as far apart as possible?

More resistance and wider arms affects more muscles

I remember seeing Benn barbell curling 135lbs for 15 reps easily before his fight with Michael Watson.

I find it hard to believe this is the only boxing specific training he did to be honest - these routines always seem like bullshit to me
I do as many rounds on bags and pags as that in my workouts
