Default Can fighter gain unfair advantage with Gloves/lack of padding?

There have been several complaints made by fighter about fighters through the years and the unfair advantage they have gained through illegal wraps and unpadded gloves.

Here are a few fighters who I beleive may have cheated through the years:

Julio Cesar Chavez - faces of his opponents looked like they have been through a meat grinder

Trinidad - Obvious one, hopkins caught onto it

Golovkin - ask Rosado

Barrera- Freddie roach said that barreras hands werent legally wrapped.

I am not suprised that all of the above have a latin connection, Latinos are masters at bending the rules.

Especially with low key fights or fights that are less of importance.
