Mago really shifted his condition, he is aproaching 6-pack mode, not that it will help him win fights though. It's just good to see he is carrying no excess at all.
Bisbal is overwheight by quite a bit. How is he gonna stay away from Mago in this fight under that condition? Mago KO or TKO within 3rds. |

Bisbal clearly just in it for the $$$.
Too bad, the guy can really bang and actually has good skills. He's just slow, and being overweight won't exactly help him in that dept. Mago will likely eat him alive. Still Bisbal's power has to be respected, and Mago isn't exactly the most refined, careful fighter ever to lace 'em up. I'm interested to see if Mago can show some patience tonight. Will he just wail away, like usual, or has he developed some defense & ring smarts? |

I like Mago. He's aggresive as hell, and certainly has power. - but you have to admit, there's a lot of "caveman" in his technique. I watched a couple of Bisbal fights today. The guy has tremendous power, and actually seems to have excellent technique. His problem is that he's rather slow, in both arms & feet. Mago should be able to dance around him at will. - But what will be interesting is to see, as I said above, is if Mago will show some ring smarts tonight. He HAS to respect Bisbal's power. If he just plows forward and throws wild combos, as he often does, he could end up like David Price. If Mago can develop some patience and ring smarts, he'll be a force to be reckoned with, and tonight may shed some light on whether or not this will ever be the case. So, now I'm really looking forward to this fight. |

![]() Sorry about leveling accusations at you earlier - it wasn't to single you out, but more of a gut reaction to a trend where people automatically pump the "familiar" guy who's been on US airwaves and treat outsiders they have not heard of as no-hopers. |
