What he said he put himself through was crazy.

He said he spent the night before the weigh in in a hot bath to lose weight and didnt sleep. Surely the training team need to be sacked if he had to lose a stone over a few days.

And as for ITunes - we are hopefully going to be getting the podcasts up soon - we have someone looking into it.

surely you need to take a bit of responsability and say no im not doing this ive my health to think about,thing is Alex didnt like fighting bigger guy hence stayed at the lower weight and tried to have an advantage after the weigh in, unfortunatley that eventually caught up with him and backfired.
If hed have been professional like Ricky and said no i cant make the weight safely anymore i beleive Alex would have been near the top for a bit longer
