Depends if you're talking about taking creatine over time(then yes,it has good effects on workout intensity,which leads to gains).

However, loading up the day before a fight would have VERY little effect, you're body can only metabolise so much anyway.

It'd be like loading up on carbs or protein. In fact, depending on how much you took, it could be damaging, since,like I said, the body can only take so much.

Aright i see, was wondering why creatine wasnt so popular in boxing! Seemed ideal..

Surprising to see that Tryptophan is contained in Amino 4500. Thats the substance in turkey that supposedly makes you tired after eating it.

Doesn't seem like an ideal substance to ingest before a boxing match.
