Default Seems obvious Soliman is next for either GGG or Cotto..

who would you rather see him fight. He has no chance vs. GGG but would be a live dog vs. Cotto. He(Soliman) was competitive v. Wright and Cotto would have never been competitive v. Winky at any point.

I would be very, very surprised if Golovkin vs Quillin would happen.
first because Quillin clearly wants no part of GGG and for good reason.
second because of the whole HBO/Shotime bull, in wich they can't fight on other channels or find a way to make some kind of joint effort.

I want to see Golovkin vs Cotto and Soliman vs Quillin, and the winners facing eachother... people can dream

soliman brings minimal reward for cotto, i'd be very surprised if that fight happened.

I wouldn't consider the IBF title as a minimal reward.

I dont see Cotto fighting his next bout at 160.. earliest is May 2015 and I see him fighting his mando there instead of GGG.

Soliman vs GGG in Feb/March 2015, Soliman first maks a defense of the belt.. so will GG do, cause Quillin def want nothing to do with GGG..

Fir a guy who already has a title, as well as being lineal champ, I reckon IBF would be minmimal for him.

At this point in Cottos career I think all he wants are either legacy fights or big money fights

golovkin should be thinking the same way, he's no spring chicken either

apart from cotto v golovkin, not interested in anything else at MW
it'll open that door to a canelo or ward too - nothing like being THE champ of your division as a seductress to making big fights

Again, does GGG need Ward? for what?

Even canelo.. why.. if he goes down to 154, he should fight Floyd, Floyd beats Canelo..

a Floyd fight won't be made at 154. he's only fought blown up welters there.
let's see how things pan out in the next year or so. with luck, ward will start boxing again, canelo will gain some momentum and golovkin should fit the last piece into the MW crown

He would still do decent money and grab another belt/unify. Sure it's not the serious big money fight he's looking for but it's certainly better than a fight with Bradley which Arum hinted is a possibility.

There is one real big money fight out there for him and also a winnable fight and that's against Alvarez. I highly doubt Arum would be interested there considering the promotional and network differences.

Have to agree there if we consider the financial aspect. His money source of a big money fight is Alvarez in my opinion, that's also a winnable fight. A fight with Golovkin, while it will offer good money and unification, would be FAR too risky for the reward.
