I don't think Scott won that many rounds personally. Scott was back peddling and clinching way too much for that kind of dominant win.

Yes, that's a common criticism he's been getting throughout his pro career and at first sight it really looks like he's limited. However, he's capable of mixing his attacks pretty well when required. He hasn't been taking many risks so far and once something is working for him in a particular fight, he tends to stick with it. He does just as much as needed for him to win, something people don't enjoy in general, but he's capable of mixing it up and increasing the pace of a fight. I'm sure you'll see this in the near future.

You believe if someone wins 7-5 in rounds then they've schooled the opponent. Pull your head out of your arse.

Perhaps, though I haven't been massively impressed by anything he throws outside his bread and butter combo. His left hook is too looping and lacks accuracy, his uppercuts and bodyshots are pretty nonexistent. He also just seems to lack the rhythm to be a good combination puncher. He puts too much into the follow up right hand to really come back with a correspondingly crisp left hook. He could have done anything he wanted to Ustinov in those last rounds, but it was more or less the same stuff as before, just with a little more urgency and zeal.

Like I said, he shares distinct stylistic traits with Botha, though on a higher level of course.
