Forrest beat Mosley
Mayorga beat Forrest
Mosley beat Mayorga

I remember thinking after Mayorga knocked out Forrest that Mosley's style would have worked better agasint Mayorga.

A perfect example is Mayweather who ADAPTS to every one of his opponents styles. Some fighters are simply superior to their opponents, and that is nothing to do with styles. Anything can happen at any given time in a fight. Take the Curry / McCallum fight. Donald was in his comfort zone handing out something of a lesson to Mike then BANG, goodnight nurse. Same thing with Graham / Jackson, Jones / Laing, the same Laing who beat a prime Duran, but a Duran that couldn't be bothered to train properly for the fight.

Great fighters simply adapt to what is in front of them, that is what makes them great.

I would like to see Mayweather adapt to a fighter like Tommy Hearns at 147.

There is a perfect style to beat anyone, no matter how good they are at adapting.. If you fight everyone, you usually find this out.

Ali-Frazier-Foreman

I understand that styles make fights, and beating one fighter does not mean you can beat those he has beaten. But it's still really funny to make the Pactards mad with KO6.
