Isn't that a fairly old picture? If you want to see what kind of shape he's in, watch the Struve fight. It was only two weeks ago. I doubt his physique has changed much in that time.

JDS looks amazing and lands bombs at will for 1.5 rounds then starts looking like shit. Hunt then bangs out the hopelessly gassed JDS in round 3. That's probably the most likely outcome imo.
