Default How Competitive Would Mayweather-Hamed At 128lbs (Catchweight) Have been?

Mayweather would be the bigger man, Naseem was the more experienced fighter...

How competitive would it be...

Terrible style match-up for Hamed, who was troubled by quick counter-punchers and/or slick boxers even in his prime (Kelley, Johnson and Medina). He dismantled pressure fighters with relative ease, but when Hamed had to come forward and initiate he was not usually as effective.

Floyd would have size, reach and comparable speed, and people forget that he was a sharp puncher at 130 who stopped most of his opponents. For probably the only time in his career Hamed would be fighting a guy with comparable speed and reflexes, but against a bigger guy with far better fundamentals.

Floyd's exceptional defense and solid chin makes a Hamed knockout unlikely, but I guess you can never discount the kind of power that Naz brought.

Hamed's heart and chin would probably get him through the fight, but he'd probably have to get off the deck a couple of times to lose a lopsided decision.

Hamed would get picked apart easier than what barrera did to him.

Hamed's glass jaw will finally surface when hit by Floyd's quick accurate counter punches.

Mayweather either by a late stoppage or a very lopsided decision. At the lower weight classes Mayweather had good power to go along with his speed and accuracy.

Not very, Hamed would have dominated Mayweather for 3 or 4 rounds before shattering his glass chin.

Floyd would have demolished Hamed. Mayweather wins by stoppage from the ass beating he would have delivered. That fight made no sense anyway.
