Frank takes 100% of the blame because he sold tickets to a non-event. Vazquez isn't at fault in the slightest.
So why is there a picture of a contract with his signature on?

None of that was ever clear though. Personally, I don't believe that the fight was ever signed but if he did sign a contract, it was for the original date so what reason could there be for it being pushed back?

Either way, Frank should never have sold a single ticket before everything was completed. If that had been the case, this whole mess would have been avoided.

I would happily pay a tenner to not watch Jonathan Ross. If Boxnation are showing any boxing then that's just a bonus.

I'm definitely not going to cancel Boxnation due to the reasons mentioned earlier in the thread. As far as I'm concerned the pull of BN is the American fights. They do a good job of picking up and covering the Golden Boy and Top Rank shows from the states and if it wasn't for BN then we would be locked out of showing alot of those cards or Crimetime would be pedalling them at £10 or £15 per month.

To be honest I wouldn't care if Boxnation never showed a domestic show again, Fishy hasn't got much to offer these days anyway,

Overall I would prefer is Sky reinvests in boxing but that looks highly unlikely. I'm hoping BT may take a stab at picking up some rights.

Cancelling today and if Paywizard tries to take any more money for it, I will just chargeback.

I have no problem now using Barlow's for the fights shown on Boxnation after this whole Burns vs Vasquez fiasco.

would be shit if boxnation if shut down - we get to see so much more live boxing than ever sky would have no interest in showing 95% of what they do

but for a frank to have virtually unlimited tv dates and to rarely put a show on nowadays is pathetic after what they promised when it was launched

No way.

Just makes me glad i held off from buying tickets for the event. Feel sorry for you guys who've already shelled out on tix/travel/hotels.

Inspite of this catastrophy of a build up, the boxing output we get on the channel is still good on the whole and decent value.

Should be alot more overseas fights picked up between now and summer.
