Default Is the ball really in Donaire courts?

It seems to me like all the guys claiming that he's ducking Rigo answer the obvious statement, ie "Rigo needs to fight someone first", with the typical "Why? He's a proven amateur, he's already a world champion, he's better than Mathebula, Nishioka, etc"

Explain that to me? How do we know he's better than those guys when he hasn't fought anyone of their caliber? Why doesn't he fight Mathebula, or Nishioka if he's not retired... Or even Vazquez Jr? Or Darchinyan? Where's the demand for Rigo vs Mares?? How is Donaire afraid when he's actually proven, and Rigo is not??

high risk, no reward. Rigo is tough to beat, and nonito knows it. Also, by looking at their styles, it's going to be very technical and won't as exciting as it sounds.
