Read Charles Yesalis`....the foremost authority in the field. Who has studied and researched endocrinology, anabolic steroids and sports performance and enhancement for a quarter century. He is anti-steroids in sport.... but is pretty quick to point out that they do indeed aid performance in athletes, and are not as dangerous as touted, and reasons why the medical community did incomplete, unreliable, biased `studies` that at times had an agenda....like some of the drivel sourced previously.

Also read up on Dan Duchaine, William Llwellyn, Bill Roberts, Kennedy, Perry etc...for unbiased, non fearmongering, truth.

this man is the foremost authority in the field, at least in north america. he basically admits point blank they give an athlete an advantage.

I`ll take his word, the words of authorities in the field and also real world results over out dated poorly executed studies that raise more questions than answers, and from a medical community that used to suppress the idea they work like the government suppresses sensitive info to the public.

Hopkins is juiced up to the eyeballs but what did you expect, he's almost a senior citizen still fighting top level opponents. I'd say he should get a pass
