Neither. Im not doing stupid shit because a great boxer like Hopkins did it. Lots of stupid stuff people did back in the day and still to this day and they flourish. Doesnt make it a good thing though.
Btw you cant box with your chin on your chest. You know that right?

look at the garcia-herrera fight on the weekend guys, garcia was eatign right hand all night long to the point it looked like he had a parachute on his head whereas herreras chin was nicely tucked in and he avoided gettin hit flush

Running with a parachute is there to keep your chin in, its behind you, not above. Plus it keeps you on the back foot.
