If you think 1 pizza is going to drastically change your weight then guess again. If you are training hard it will hardly make a difference, if any at all.
When i am training properly it takes at least 2 weeks of eating many bad meals for my body to start putting weight on. For instance... Every december i eat nothing but rubbish. Pizza, Fry ups, biscuits, lots of bread, and minimum exercise. This year i put 4 lbs on in 31 days of bad eating. So i think one pizza will be fine. If you were doing a Chavez Jnr then i would not recomend it, but as you say you dont struggle its not going to make a difference. |
