HELP PLEASE-contresvesy in bangcok,

there was a fight around 1991 ,1992 ,1993 when a vietnamese boxer and a thai boxer fought for a big regional title. but the vietnamese was a stiffand was suppose to lose(just stay for a few rounds) then the vietnamese guy almost won and came back.!!!!

the fight went to the cards and was scored one judge to one fight another judge another.....and the third judge(which is what i want to find about) was called Gregory Hughes who is a relation to me and he called the fight a draw thus making the fight null and void making no money change hands. and making alot of thai gangsters angry. and he was forced to leave the country

my question is who was the fighters involved and what was the date
