Wow congrats that's a lot of weight lost and it sounds like your doing it in a very smart and healthy way.
Keep up the good work, as you said its a lifestyle not a destination. |

I think im going to go for the 5 meals a day then when im used to that maybe move upto 6. I like the sound of these smoothies. Im going to have to invest in a half decent smoothie maker or blender on pay day. Im also going to be starting a better photo log.

Good day fellas.
Started my 5 meal a day thing yesterday went ok. Heres what i ate.. Meal 1 Small bowl of bran flakes Semi skimmed milk meal 2 2 scrambled eggs Wholemeal toast Low fat spread Meal 3 Protien shake 1 large apple Meal 4 Fruit salad Meal 5 Ham sandwhich Low fat spread Wholemeal bread I was quite happy with it to be honest. Not that much preparation involved in the meals. Il be making fruit smoothies on pay day once i buy a blender. And maybe trading the protien shake with the smoothie. I felt alot fuller through th whole day and didnt feel as if i needed anything else (un healthy snacks). |

Cheers Glen. Definitely trade in the protein shake although it's not really trading in, you can add some whey to the smoothie as well if you want. Try sneaking in some veggies later on, they hardly provide calories but loads of nutrients.

Yeah i do love my veggies, i usually steam them as i heard steaming keeps alot more nutriants inside. Just about to have meal number 2. Might make a small bowl of tuna pasta.

About the smoothie you can always just add the protein powder to it if you don't think you can get enough protein from other foods. Also what times are you eating you meals? |

Hey! Havent posted in ages so thought id give an update.
Well im down to my lowest weight so far which is 14stone 3lbs. Ive just started eating clean again after a couple of months going abit off track. Ive booked up a holiday to magaluf in August and i want a half decent bod for them slags to be repulsed by. My goal for August is to get down to 13stone. Still loads to lose but i think if i carry on going the way i am, it shouldnt be a problem. Ive been running quite alot too which im actually enjoying. Nothing major, just about 3 miles. Also been hitting the weights quite abit. Il try get some pics together. |
