El Puma...........or whoever knows and info on this exercise. I came across this exercise today in the gym, at the end of my workout. And i was looking to add it into my workout, the only core exercise which i do. Which is the best core workout in my opinion is "Squats". One of my mates, was telling me about this exercise. And he was stating that it identifies you're weak core muscles.... I just want to know if, any of you guys do this exercise. It looks pretty dangerous for you're shoulders in my opinion. "I'm gonna try it anyway. |

A lot of these videos appear to be down due to infringement claims asserted by sportsvideos.com. I watched a bunch of them not too long ago, so this must be a pretty recent development. Has anyone here checked out the stuff on myboxingcoach.com? I thought that it was helpful and that the coach was well-spoken. Another resource I found useful is albert pope's channel on youtube. If more experienced guys on the forum find these videos helpful, maybe you could bump them to the front page.

Even though these are short clips (partials of full lessons available at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]) there's probably something here that'll help some new boxer ...
Ready Position [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] Jab [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] Straight Right [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] Left Hook [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] Right Uppercut [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and even though the thread is for videos, here's a FREE Skills Guide eBook. it's not real pretty but it's made to be read on your phone/tablet from the gym, basement, back yard or wherever you are practicing. it had to be designed very generic so it could be read however the reader wanted to use/adjust it. it has skill checklists, coaching tips, variations and basic defenses. go ahead and try it out ... Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing on behalf of Stick N Move Boxing. We are
located in York, PA. 45 minutes from Baltimore, MD. Our non-profit 501c3 organization has provided hundreds of children in our community with free access to mentoring, after school tutoring, fitness programs and boxing. Our goal is to keep our youth off the streets by providing a structured and positive environment where they can learn and become productive members of society. This access is made possible through the generous donations of aware citizens.Last year, generous donations helped purchase school supplies, boxing gloves and head gear for our students. This year, our goal is to raise money to purchase new boxing supplies and equipment such as heavy bags, speed bags, boxing gloves, pads and exercise equipment. Studies have shown that children who participate in sports are more likely to succeed as adults. We hope to give our children this advantage in life.We hope you will join us in reaching our goal. A tax deductible donation can be made online at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] or you can also send a check or money order payable to Stick N Move Boxing: 1059 Kelly Drive York, PA 17404For more information, please contact me directly at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] or 717-600-9636We sincerely thank you for your time and continued support.Sincerely, Antwoine Dorm |
