McDonnell-Jamoye is starting soon (co-feature is on now).

The pick window is closing rapidly...

Yep, still time to change your pick to Jamoye.

The judges had it 114-114, 114-113 and 115-113 for McDonnell.

That last score is a bit too far in his direction, IMO.

I had it a draw in terms of rounds, but McDonnell had a point taken for roughhousing which made it 114-113 Jamoye on mine.

A two-point cushion in either direction to accommodate the swing rounds makes the appropriate range anywhere from 116-111 at a stretch for Jamoye (swinging two points in the challenger's favor) to 114-113 at a stretch for McDonnell (swinging two points in the champion's).

More than that either way is too much.

Your score is quite reasonable. I watched it with a little bit of bias, as I temporarily turned Belgian for a short while. Still, objectively, I personally saw McDonnell winning 5 rounds at best, therefore, 115-112 Jamoye. I thought Jamoye nearly swept the last 3 rounds, with exception of the 12th being even. But I knew there were too many close rounds for Jamoye to have any hope.

I'm an idiot for thinking a visitor, and challenger at that, was going to go in there and win that thing.

Yes. Very tough, gritty, and brave as hell. Travelling to fight in a hostile environment is no small feat.
