Thier fight in Aug 1980 ended in a blow out (2 Rds.) Was Cervantes washed up by then? How would a match have been in Cervantes' prime? Could "Kid Pambele" pull it off against Pryor? 15 Rounds.

Here's the fight.. it goes 4 rounds. I feel the result would have been slightly different, 12 rounds. Pambele was tough, could really bang, but Pryor was relentless in his attack and would have broken him down regardless. |

I could see it going either way. The struggle would be of who controls the pace, and obviously at the time that they fought, Pryor's relentlessness was going to outdo Pambele's methodical work, but it's a different story prime for prime. It depends on who adjusts better as the rounds go by...
