Just wanted to say well done too. So well done. Confronted the issue and come up with REALISTIC targets which i think is very important otherwise people get dispondent and give up. Just keep at it and soon itll become routine and even fun. I never used to exercise but now if i miss a week (like i am at the moment ) you feel like **** lol it goes completely the other way i actually look forward to it.
WELL DONE again

****ing disgraceful. This is how fast it takes to get off your goals and return to ****dom.

I got a new job and work graves. In addition to long shifts (12 hours) 5 nights a week, it's primarily manual labor. So needless to say, I've been too ****ed to work out until I get adjusted. But to compensate for less sleep, my appetite has been out of control and I've been eating GARBAGE.

Weighed in tonight at 246. Gained 8 lbs in a month.

Back to it tommorrow on my day off. Big time.

Everyone has set backs good to see your still going mate. Just remember its not a short term solution and 1 bad month out of the rest of your life is nothing. Keep it up

Great!
Don't be discouraged by gaining some weight, you can't keep losing and losing all the time. Small rests can be positive.

Weight:220

A few pounds away, but because body fat level is pretty good, I'll be able to sign my contract on Friday.
