It's a good value bet and it's a free bet! whats the point telling him to go for over/under 6 rounds with a free 5er? He will get £4-5 return. 5/1 for the distance is a great bet. If rees gets cleaned out in the first 4 rounds then fair enough maybe you were right to see it as a daft bet but I don't see that happening.
