Olympic distance is a quarter Iron Man, that should be achievable in not too long a period.
I've had my share of mind fucks and my experience with them is that they get even worse if you skip workouts. |

I use to work out with people that trained for triathlons but they ended up being a bunch of douche bags. I ditched them for more MMA shit. This was before I started boxing.

Sprint
1/2 mile swim 10 mile bike 5k run Originally I signed up for this 8 week training clinic just to cross train for boxing. I didn't plan on doing one when I started the training but since I've been at it for 5 weeks, I'm warming up to the idea. There are some fun ones here in the summer so I'll probably end up doing on in August. |
