Arrow Exiled Cuban boxers to become world champions soon?

Three recent exiles from Cuba -- Odlanier (Reinaldo) Solis, Yurikris Gamboa, and another whose name I forget -- are said to be doing really well abroad. In fact I read somewhere the two fighters mentioned are expected to become world champions this year or next year. How can that happen if they aren't even rated? But I do salute Cuban boxing for its tradition and history. Maybe it's just me, but I imagine there's some element that sets apart Cuban boxing (in the same breath, probably, as Mexican and Puerto Rican boxing) from the rest. What do you think?
