You are right,player!

The German based Arab from the middle east surprisingly stopped the Nigerian olympian in their encounter.
To be honest I for my part thought that Ologoun would be able to stop Charr or win a wide point decision.
Very good scalp for Charr. He seems to be better than I thought before.I will keep an eye on him from now on,too!

Cristian Hammer alias Cristian Cioconu who won the world junior title at the amateurs will fight on the undercard of Sidorenko vs Moreno this upcomming saturday.
The Hammer lost his pro debut due to an injury he suffered during that fight. He was out of the game for quite a long time due to that injury.
To start your pro career with an official loss isnt is not the way a fighter should turn pro,but the Hammer has talent and is quite young.
I am looking forward to being able to watch him live somewhere here in europe/Germany.

My choices are Helenius,Fury and Price. All of them are huge, skilled and and they have KO power.
Everyone of them also possess good amateur backround...

Also his amateur romanian nemesis Bogdan Dinu has talent.

Is that the same guy that Helenius stopped in the first round in European Championships?

YEP! Dinu has talent, but we will see which way the cat jumps if he comes up against stiff resistance in the paid ranks.
Boytsov knocked Dinu out in the very first round of their encounter.Anyway!

Both Dinu and Ciocanu stopped their opponents, and so did German based Arab heavy weight hope Manuel Charr(on the undercard of Braehmer vs Brancalion).

Double checked.Helenius stopped him in the first round in the 2006 Euro Championships.
But Dinu was junior world champion and bronze medallist at the junior Euro Championships in 2003.Also won silver at the 2005 junior euro championships.

Just to update the news on the names thrown around so far:

Solis vs KJ - winner will get positioned for a title shot.

Boytsov - has a october 10th date, depending on the opponent may get positioned for a title shot as well

Pianeta vs Skelton - another good test for Pianeta, let's see if the breaks out this time, should see some relevant ranking worldwide if he wins.

Fury vs McDermott - a win should put Fury on the map for good, he's been moving up very fast, might be in for a big fight already in 2010

Ustinov vs Boswell - winner should enter contender status.

Kauffman vs Grano -decent step up for Kauffman

Platov vs Koc - decent matchup, but Platov is kind of stuck in his career.

Sosnowsky - Heard he is in talks for a european belt bout against Vidoz.

The rest of the guys have been disappointing or way too inactive.

Malik Scott and J.D. Chapman completelly vanished.
